Our mission is to supply our customers with the best photographs possible - as well as save them money - on their special day.  Great photos need not come at a great price.  We believe in value and affordability - with a personal touch.

Our goal is to supply a service to people that may not be able to afford the thousands of dollars charged by other companies out there.  Why break YOUR budget when there are other options available.  Weddings (or other events) are expensive enough, save some money and ask for US!  Affordable Photography.

Affordable Photography is a joint venture between myself and my wife, Celeste.  While searching for a photographer for our wedding last year  (2007) we noticed that - at least for wedding photography - the prices charged were very high, especially for digital photography!

Being a photographer myself for many, many years, I knew most of it was just a matter of "charging for whatever the market would bear".  I/We refused to buy into that mentality - and ended up using a wonderful photographer that was not only inexpensive - she shot film too!

Knowing what is involved in shooting a wedding - or any other photographic endeavor - and knowing about the costs associated with a shoot (especially the difference between film and digital), it is just appalling for us to see people waste a lot of money at a time when they are spending so much on other things like Cake, a DJ, Videographer, etc... let alone what some photographers were charging for portrait shoots , family event shoots or pet photos.

So we prefer to charge our customers on what they actually "need".  We try to inform them that there are options and cost savings associated with doing some of the work (that we would do as photographers/editors once the actual shoot is complete) on their own.  Plus they get the added benefit of doing it at their own pace or when they can actually afford it!

We supply our customers with options as to how to save money - as well as informational sheets on how to do it once they pick an option.

Or, we can do the whole thing ourselves - and will have to charge accordingly.  This is up to you!
